Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your documents, seals, and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: From the app (Recommended)

  1. Open the Sigillarium app

    Log in to your account

  2. Go to Settings

    Menu → Settings → Account

  3. Select "Delete my account"

    Follow the instructions and confirm your choice

  4. Confirm deletion

    You will receive a confirmation email

Option 2: By email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

No. Once deletion is confirmed (after 48h), all your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

❓ Can I create a new account with the same email address?

Yes. After the complete deletion of your old account (30 days), you can create a new account with the same email address. It will be an entirely new account with no data from the old account.

❓ Will my documents be deleted automatically?

No. Your documents are stored locally on your device. To delete them, you must either delete them manually from the app or completely uninstall the application.

❓ How long does the complete deletion take?

The complete process takes up to 30 days. Your account becomes inaccessible within the first 48 hours, but complete deletion of all backups may take up to 30 days.
