A visible watermark does not prevent a document from being reused. It can be cropped, retouched, and today's AI tools remove it quickly and well. We would rather tell you here than let you find out at the worst possible moment.
What it does do:
Burglaries happen, and we still lock our doors. A lock does not make theft impossible: it makes it harder, slower, and unambiguous.
The strong guarantee is elsewhere. The AES-256 encryption of your vault is not a deterrent, it is an impossibility: without your device or your backup key, your documents are unreadable — including to us.
